Uloma Onyebuchi

CEO and Founder

Uloma Onyebuchi is the CEO and Founder of Innovate Africa Corp, a visionary leader dedicated to driving socio-economic transformation across Africa. She also serves as Founder and CEO of Miconcorporation LLC, a global consultancy focused on economic development, and has served as Executive Advisor to Sunclave Investment Limited, Nigeria's leading Agri-Fintech and Green Finance company.

A passionate advocate for equity and empowerment, Uloma founded The Bold and Beautiful Youth Foundation, championing capacity building and opportunities for women and youth across Nigeria. She also serves as Director of International Relations for the Eastern Nigeria International Film Festival, promoting cultural exchange through the arts.

With a background in banking from Platinum Bank Nigeria, Bank of Scotland UK, and Santander UK, Uloma brings deep financial expertise and global insight. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Master's in Mathematics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

She has collaborated with global institutions including the French Embassy, U.S. Mission in Nigeria, and MWFAAN, driving high-level engagements, policy dialogues, and innovative programs. She is recognized for securing funding, strengthening donor relations, and building efficient systems that enhance organizational performance.

Mohamed Williams is a mission-driven federal executive with 18+ years of leadership experience across the FAA, FEMA, USAID, and SBA. He specializes in program management, financial stewardship, workforce planning, and enterprise operations, bringing analytical rigor, policy expertise, and people-centered leadership.

A trusted advisor to senior leaders, he has led high-visibility initiatives in congressional reporting, budgeting, workforce modeling, and continuity programs. He is known for turning complex challenges into clear, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accountability, and mission alignment.

Pamela Williams

Pamela Williams is an award-winning Brand, Marketing, and Communications Strategist known for blending creativity, strategy, and impact. With over six years of experience, she has worked with 200+ brands and helped generate over $1M in revenue across Africa and beyond.

Her work spans government, international organizations, NGOs, and startups. She has led international campaigns, documentary projects, and major platforms, and her mission is to help people and organizations grow visibility, increase profitability, and build lasting legacies through storytelling, strategy, and structure.

Olukayode Ajala

Olukayode Ajala is a seasoned media professional with over 25 years of experience spanning broadcast journalism, newspaper reporting, and advertising. He holds a Master's degree in Political Science, strengthening his understanding of Nigeria's political landscape.

A registered advertising practitioner, Olukayode has served as a broadcast journalist, newspaper reporter, and advertising manager, supported by specialized media training within Nigeria and internationally.
